Argentine madness has made it's way to BEACON HILL Farm.   We are so proud to number KOBRA's SERPIKO among our illustrious herdsires.  SERPIKO was the 2005 Celebrity World Champion from
LC-Llamas.  His first  three crias are on the ground and they have definitely fulfilled our expectations.   Check them out below and on our "New Crias on the Block" page.  Serpiko is available for limited breedings.

We started the new year with a bang.  We were very fortunate to be able to participate in the Tournament of Roses Rose Parade on New Year's day, with the LASC group, 18 llamas strong.  We were the fifth entry in the parade, and the llamas looked stunning, all decked out in Roses and Orchids.   Kenny took Dutch Flat's Absolut  (co-owned by Beacon Hill and Bonita Llama Farm) in the parade, and Absolut,  who only started the parade circuit this fall, handled himself like the champion he is  Ruth took her prize-winning GLL Jakarta son, Beacon Hill's Affinity, in the parade.  A great time was had by all.

Shown above, Kenny with our Merit son, Absout, Ruth with Finn, our Bauerenheim's Scherezade's Black Knight grandson, and again Kenny with Lut, all at the Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA on Jan 1, 2007..

We have become active in learning how to spin and process our wool and thank our spinning teacher, Margaret Tyler of La Mesa, for all of her wonderful tips.  To learn more about our shearing activities and wool, please go to our wool page.

Moonlight and Roses int size.jpg (70482 bytes)

                                 b. 6/27/05

   (Bardo's Garcilaso x Monique's Moonspinner)

Moonlight and Roses is a lovely little girl, and she seems to be getting prettier everyday.  People say she looks like Bambi with her lovely fawn-colored fiber which she got from her Dad, Bardo's Garcilaso.  She is very correct, and extremely feminine.  And she is rarin' to go.   We are offering her at $3000.

                  RTL Princess Amelia

                                          b. 6/10/98

Amy is a good companion llama with beautiful white fiber (and chocolate spots).  She absolutely loves water and particularly enjoys  dunking in our kiddy pool.  $500.

                                SOLD

Our congratulations to Elise Holmes on the purchase of our Princess.

We are in the process of putting up more girls.  Call to inquire.

Beacon Hill's Chiliad Shoshana (alias Sushi)Sushivadj.jpg (1551175 bytes)

RLL Millennium x Beacon Hill's Mariah Aphrodite

This incredibly stretchy girl inherited her Dad's fiber and personality, and the conformation charistic of Lopez, one of her illustrious ancestors.   SOLD

Beacon Hill's Shalimar

shalimarhed web.jpg (508472 bytes)

Bardo's Garcilaso x Beacon Hill's CoCo's Chanel

Shalimar has it all.  As one of her admirers recently said:   "What's not to like?"   Shalimar is always "On".   Her straight back and presence (garnered from her Dad)  have won her First place title at Del Mar, and two Reserve Grand Championships at the Riverside County Fair.  She just returned from Indio with another First Place win. Her mother was our first baby, and Chanel's  two daughters (Shalimar and Chanson) have certainly justified our faith in her. SOLD

January 24--Bulletin:  Shalimar and Sushi were sold this weekend to Brian Pierson and Lisa Osborne.  We would like to congratulate them and thank them for the purchase of these wonderful showgirls.
